Born in Istanbul in 1971, Türkan Gürsaç started her career in CarrefourSA Training Directorate after completing her education in Business Economics at Pierre Mendes France University in France. During this period, besides the setup of all human resources business processes, he also worked in Adana and Izmit store openings and took an active part in the establishment of training, recruitment and performance management systems.
Gürsaç managed to train employees of CarrefourSA with her know-how which he gained abroad. Between 2000 and 2002 she worked as a consultant at Adecco. She gave consultancy in many sectors mainly retail and merchandising about HR and selection and placement.
Between 2002 and 2012, Türkan Gürsaç served as senior HR Manager in multinational companies such as GEFCO, RENAULT TRUCKS, BUNGE FOOD and DB SCHENKER ARKAS.
During these duties, Gürsaç has worked in many projects in the fields of Remuneration, Performance and Talent Management related to Human Resources both domestically and abroad.
She has also participated in the Evaluation Center applications within the scope of Talent Management.
Finally, she took part in DB SCHENKER ARKAS, in Electronic application of Performance Management and Talent Management and Career Planning project that includes Southeast European Region.
In addition to providing consultancy on the creation and development of Human Resources processes, Türkan Gürsaç provides training and develops projects in the following topics:

She speaks French and English. She is married and has a daughter. Türkan Gürsaç continues her endless journey on literature and personal development whenever possible.
