Basic Labour Law (4857)

GOAL:

Labour Law is in the state of constant change by nature. Rearrangements in performance-job relation, dismissal and reemployment is realized parallel to 4857 Labor Law went into operation in 2003.

Purpose of this service is: -Troubleshooting of labour law and applications in large and midsized companies, -Ensuring employee personal rights and other related subjects and workplace practices is in accordance with the legislation, -Minizing possible accident risks.

This program aims managers, HR generalists and employees, who had been trained about basic labor laws to inform them about rights and liabilities to solve conflicts without juridical power, minimize labor law related expenses and improve employee productivity.
