Handling Difficult Situations and Difficult Persons

Description and Objectives 

Experts name people who has difficulty in communication as "Difficult People". Definition of "Difficult People" may change from person to person or from society to society, but they show similar behaviours. In common "Difficult People" is stubborn, whimsical and avid. Nonetheless, it's possible to change one's behaviour. We complain about hard people around us and we think they find us anywhere. Actually there's no such thing as "Difficult People" There are compulsive behaviours and unfortunately some poeple act like this all the time.

"Some people knowingly shows bad attitude with the intent of demotivate the people around them."

While some difficult people never listens and always talks, some other difficult people chose to say the last word. Some difficult people criticise constantly Some of them might be quiet, and some of them might be aggressive.

Content of the program is people-oriented and focuses on these human behaviours:

  • Those who think they're the best while they have inadequate education.
  • Those who think they're the best while they have insufficient training and experience.
  • Those who can't accept their failure and chose to shield themselves with constant explanation by using sentences starting with "but, yet, though, however".
  • Trouble makers.
  • Never-speakers.
  • Those who doesn't care about what others say.
  • Those who is in a higher level, makes you feel that difference.
  • Those who doesn't respect.
  • Sluggish and slowwitteds.
  • Those who thinks the most important thing is what they do.
  • Control freaks.
  • Those can not develop empathy and bad-listeners.
  • Those who thinks they're always right!
