Training management and practices
During team work programs METALOG equipments are used. 70-80% of the training is practice and mainly teamwork. This duration is considerably joyous and productive!
This is a one day training with information sharing, interactive debates, instructional indoor games (and feedbacks), measurement of learning styles, individual analysis, teamwork and case studies.
